epiphone DOT semi acoustic electric guitar CHERRY korea epiphone DOT Semi Acoustic Archtop Electric Guitar Cherry (CH) KOREAN This is a lovely epiphone DOT guitar in Cherry red. It has chrome hardware that really compliments the cherry finish. It has original tuners which are good quality machine heads keeping your guitar in tune. All of the hardware is in good condition and cleans up nicely. The headstock is in excellent condition with virtually no blemishes or marks.. The neck follows suit in great condition with no marks or dints and overall there is certainly nothing of any concern. The frets are in excellent condition with virtually no fret wear, they have cleaned up nicely and this really adds to the impressive feel of this lovely guitar. All of the electrics are good, everything works as it should and it really does have that versatile Dot sound which you only really get with a well looked after guitar with a bit of character. The body has no major flaws or dings, just a few very light blemishes, polishing scratches and some minor marks here and there, on the back, again there are some very very light polishing swirls and light surface scratches that have to be looked for in the light to be noticeable. Overall it is in stunning condition. Due to the high shine on this beautiful guitar it picks up every spotlight, do not let these distract you she is in very fine condition. The serial number denotes this guitar was born in KOREA in September 1999. The pickguard is still intact with the embossed ‘e’ logo (which still has its protective film in place!) The guitar has been set up with a good action and is lovely to play. It has been re-strung so it can be enjoyed immediately when you get it home, it will just need a quick re-tune! I am also including with this guitar a new deluxe padded gigbag which will keep your guitar maintained in this condition. Hi and Welcome to my auction to my auction. Sadly due to major hand injury no longer able to play after 20 years so guttingly selling my collection.. everything must go! This is a Korean Epiphone Les Paul SG Custom ,based on the 1961 Les Paul Gibson Model. a 1999/ 2000 model built in Epiphones Korean factory which had just recieved a award from its parent company Gibson for outstanding build quality. Nice overall condition save for a bit of buckle rash on the rear of the guitar and a slight chip in the paint work on the lower horn. Few slight bruises to the body but nothing major so please dont think this hasnt been looked after! Plenty of life left in frets no heavy ware. Slight defect in the binding at the top side of the headstock this was done in the factory when applying the binding so not much you can do about that! As you will see I have changed the stock epiphone pickups for a hotter Humbucker set from www axes r us .com .I fnd these give slight more width in mids and treble and sound blinding through my old Marshall 900JCM really crunchy and react so well to the gain being turned up These are to the specifications as follows — “Tobasco Pickups” The Bridge (16k (+/-10%)) and Neck (15k (+/-10%)) are both high output, scorching pickups that are perfect for Metal and Rock lead work.Technical Spec — String Spacing — Bridge — 52mm , Neck — 50mm, Magnets = Alnico V ,Wire = .42 Gauge Formvar(Original Epiphone Humbuckers will be included in sale) The guitar specs are as follows- controls: 3 volume, 1 tone, 3-way toggle. hardware: gold. scale: 24.75″. nut width: 1.68″. neck: set. neck mat: mahogany. fb/inlay: rosewood with block inlays. body mat: mahogany. colour: antique ivory. An Orville Les Paul Custom Black Guitar. These are made for Gibson and were sold in Japan. This has K serial — K007532 which was Made in Japan by the Terada factory in 1990 (K stands for Kuramae, Yamano’s wholesales division). In very good used condition. (see pics) It weighs in at 3.95 kilos and has some scratching on the front with both some polishing swirls and a few heavier scratches on the edge by the knobs. The back has numerous minor dinks and also some buckle scarring but no major damage. The back of the slim-60′s profile neck is clean and unmarked as is the headstock which has only tiny chips on the corners. The original hardware has some minor age tarnishing in places but is in excellent order and all working well. The fretboard is fine and the frets are showing minimal wear. The electrics are good and the pickups are original. Its playing nicely and includes a gigbag.
