According to Heidi’s lawyer, the process should be swift and amicable: Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt,” Montag’s lawyer Jodeane Farrell tells PEOPLE. “The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Danielle Staub certainly lived many lives, including one marriage to a very wealthy man: Thomas N. Staub.

Staub, CFO of his family successful family business (Pacemaker treadmill manufacturers Aerobics, Inc.), met Danielle when she was still stripping.

In her book The Naked Truth, she depicts him as a business man with sandy hair and blue eyes who spent lots of money and time trying to get her attention.
54-year-old Tom has reportedly remarried to a woman named Rebecca and is expecting a son. His company, Aerobics, Inc., filed for bankruptcy this May.

Actress Vanessa Marcil (General Hospital, Beverly Hills, 90210) and CSI NY actor Carmine Giovinazzo were married over the weekend! Vanessa’s rep confirmed the news : “They were married in New York on Sunday night with family and close friends,” Vanessa’s son Kassius (8) certainly has expanded his family in the last month. His dad, Brian Austin Green , married long-time girlfriend Megan Fox in Hawaii just a few weeks ago. This is Carmine’s first marriage and Vanessa’s second. The second downside it seems is skeletons from your closet being unveiled. New housewife on the block, Alexis Bellino, is now experiencing this as her first husband, Jeff Barry, is spilling all sorts of sordid details about the couple’s first marriage and nasty divorce to Star magazine. And oh yeah, there are pictures too.

Apparently the couple were off “doing something” at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach, when the stroller carrying their two children rolled into the pool, according to sources at the pool. Multiple security officers on the scene told Reporters the lifeguard pulled the stroller out of the water that was still holding one child in it and Jim dove in to save the other child.

I think Alexis looks better now then she did back them, I guess plastic surgery doesn’t always make you look worse. I actually found a photo of Alexis from the Maxium Hometown Hottie issue in 2003, she looks good but she has a very strange look on her face. Check out the picture here and you will see what I am talking about. Although I hate to say anything good about any of the Real Housewives.

According to Bravo’s press release, Alexis “keeps herself busy by being the best wife and mother she can, and when she does have a free moment, she likes to work out to keep herself looking and feeling her best.”
